Intellectual property rights to resources published on the site
SAIFRN aims to facilitate information and resources sharing on maternal and child health and nutrition. As a key part of this aim, our site makes available to users documentation, technical briefs, training and research materials and tools (the Resources).
Intellectual property rights in the Resources are either owned by us, we have been granted permission to publish the works on our site, or the Resources are in the public domain. Those works may be protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved and users are required to respect the copyright restrictions that apply to these materials.
You may print off copies, and download extracts, of any Resources from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to resources posted on our site.
The following restrictions and requirements apply to all Resources in addition to any that may apply to individual Resources:
- You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any Resources you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
- The authors (and that of any identified contributors) of Resources on our site must always be acknowledged.
- You must not use any part of the Resources on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from (as applicable) either us or our licensors or the third party owner of the intellectual property rights in that part of the Resources.

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
